Some watches are designed to remain exactly as they were when they left the factory.

The Tanjore Edition Bronze was designed with a different philosophy.

It is a mechanical watch made to change with time, developing a character that becomes uniquely yours.

At its heart is the Miyota 8215 automatic mechanical movement, powered by the movement of your wrist. It offers both automatic and hand winding, with an approximate 42-hour power reserve.

But the defining character of the Tanjore Edition Bronze comes from its bronze case.

A CASE THAT AGES WITH YOU

Bronze is a living material.

From the moment the watch is worn, the case begins to naturally develop a patina. Air, humidity, perspiration, skin contact, climate and the environment around you all influence how the bronze changes.

Over time, the case gradually darkens and develops warmer, deeper tones. Different areas may age differently, creating a surface that is entirely individual to the wearer.

No two Tanjore Edition Bronze watches will develop exactly the same patina.

The ageing is not a flaw. It is the design.

Your watch will gradually become a reflection of its journey, carrying the marks of the places you’ve been and the years you’ve spent with it.

THE FIRST COROMANDEL WITH A DOMED SAPPHIRE

The Tanjore Edition Bronze introduces the first domed sapphire crystal in the Coromandel Watch Co. collection.

The pronounced dome gives the watch a distinctly vintage character while creating greater visual depth across the dial and subtle distortion towards the edges.

Beneath the crystal is an embossed dial inspired by the maritime heritage of the Coromandel Coast.

Two traditional sailing vessels cross the dial, while a nautical compass sits at 6 o’clock. The Coromandel Watch Co. name and hour markers are embossed into the dial, creating a tactile surface that catches and reflects light differently as the watch moves.

The hands and hour markers are filled with C3 Super-LumiNova, providing a strong luminous glow in low-light conditions.

Texture by day. Lume by night.

INSPIRED BY TANJORE

The design brings together two important influences.

The maritime character of the Coromandel Coast, represented through the sailing vessels and nautical compass.

And the architectural heritage of Tanjore, represented on the caseback by an engraving of the iconic Brihadeeshwara Temple, a monument of the Chola era.

The stainless steel caseback is engraved with:

BUILT TO BE WORN

The Tanjore Edition Bronze combines a 40 mm bronze case with a domed sapphire crystal, 100 m water resistance and a stainless steel screw-down crown.

The leather strap is designed to complement the natural warmth of the bronze and, like the case, will develop its own character with use.

This is not a watch designed to remain pristine.

It is designed to be worn.

To travel.

To experience different climates, different places and different years.

The bronze will remember them.

The leather will soften.

The patina will evolve.

And beneath it all, the Miyota 8215 will continue beating.

Warranty Coverage:
- Duration: 1 year from the date of purchase, The warranty certificate to be produced for any warranty claims.

Exclusions:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, fading, or ageing of materials
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
• Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs, alterations, or modifications
• Water damage caused by use beyond the watch’s stated water-resistance rating
• Damage to straps, bracelets, crystals, batteries, or seals, unless due to a confirmed manufacturing defect
• Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, solvents, extreme temperatures, magnetic fields, or shocks
